Shipping & Delivery

Kromé Hair India offers FREE SHIPPING for all orders over Rs 900.00, within India to all our customers (excluding trade sales). On orders under Rs.900, the shipping charge is of Rs.100. 
We aim to ensure that all orders placed are dispatched to customers within 2 business day, depending on stock availability.

TIME
The timescale for the delivery will depend on your delivery address. You must allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive once dispatched.

UPON DELIVERY 
A signature will usually be required on delivery. 
On delivery of the products, customers must check the products against the invoice. We shall not be liable for any damage, destruction, breakage or shortage of the products delivered to you, once the goods have been dispatched.

When placing your order, please make sure to provide your full shipping postal address, including the zip code or post code. Any orders received with an 
incomplete ship to address may cause a delay. A contact phone number must also be provided. If an order is not received you must notify us in writing or by email within 14 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.

TRACKING NUMBER
You may track the delivery of your order by using the TRACKING NUMBER provided by us at the time of your order shipment. 
Please check your email for this. If you have not received a tracking number, please get in touch with us.

Cancellations
You will be able to cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund. However if the product has been posted when you request cancellation you will be required to return the product at your expense (according to our customer returns policy) before you are granted a refund. Items must be received with 14 days of this notification to be eligible for a full refund. All goods must be returned in the original condition they were received. Any goods returned outside the original condition will be reviewed. A refund will not be provided for products returned in a used condition or been tampered with in any way.
Returns & Replacements

As our products are in a natural form and due to the nature of our products and concerning the matter of hygiene, all orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Every piece of hair ordered goes through a thorough quality check before being packaged.

Only in exceptional circumstances where there is clear defect will a return be accepted. We must be notified of the intended return within 48 hours of receipt at info@kromehair.in with full details concerning the reason for return and a scanned copy of the invoice sent. Invoice is mandatory. 
If we accept the return request, an email will be sent out to you with further details.

Any hair that is not in the original packaging and has been worn, cut, used or damaged will not be eligible for return. The product must be in its original condition before the return is considered. Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and packing. However we advise insuring all items returned to us and sending returns via tracking delivery. If item/s have been sent through normal delivery and has been lost during transit we will not be held responsible for the lost item/s.

Payment

Kromé Hair India currently accepts the following as methods of payment:

- Net banking

There is a charge of Rs 150.00 for cash on delivery.
