How will my order be delivered and can I track it?
Your order will be delivered through FedEx courier services. You will be able to track your parcel using the tracking number provided.

How long will my order take?
This depends on your location. We always advise you allow anything from 3 to 7 working days after dispatching the item.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email. This email will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account. Simply log in to check.

Can I place my order by phone?
Yes. We do take orders by phone. The payment mode possible for these orders will be Cash On Delivery, Net Banking or Bank Transfer.

My credit card did not go through when I placed my order; can you help me place an order?
Yes if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always take your order over phone. Simply give us a call.

I made an order but now I wish to cancel it, how do I do this?
You may cancel your order if you wish. More information about this can be found on our Customer Service page under Cancellations.

I have just ordered and paid for an item, I wish to add another item to my existing order, how do I do this?
Once you have succeeded with the checkout process with an order then you will not be able to add another item to it. You would have to do another order and transaction for any additional items you require.



What payments methods do you accept?
* We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Net banking.
* We also accept payment via "cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product. Please note this mode of payment may have a convenience charge associated with it.
* For certain high value items over Rs 20,000.00, only Debit Card/Credit Card and Net Banking options are available.

How safe is it to use my card on line?
Do not worry about using your card on line here. All transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase? What is the charge for this option?
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product. There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs. 150 levied on Cash on Delivery purchases. However in case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable.

What is the purchase limit for a Cash On Delivery purchase?
Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 20,000. Anything above this, payments would have to be made using Net banking or Debit/Credit card.

I cannot see a COD option for my address, how can I pay?
If COD option is not available on your address you can always choose to pay for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card. If this is still not suitable for you give us a call and we will guide you on other methods of payment like NEFT/RTGS.

Are there any hidden charges?
Depending on your location there may be Octroi charges. This is very minimal and must be incurred by the purchaser. We do not collect any Octroi charges. The price you pay at the checkout does not include any other additional charges like duties or taxes.

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
If the problem still persists, do contact us and we will look into the situation and aim to resolve it.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. I think the money has gone out of my card, what happens now?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 5 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:
- Net Banking 2-4 business days
- Debit Card 5-7 business days
- Credit Card 7-21 business days



What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs.900.00. Free shipping excludes trade and wholesale orders.

My order is below Rs. 900.00, how much will the shipment charges cost?
Shipping charge of Rs.150.00 is applied on all orders below Rs.900.00.
